The uniqueness of the mortgage licensing laws of each state is expressed in the diversity of the laws, rules, and regulations that each state adopts. Each state differs on whether a mortgage broker or lender can loan on both 1st and 2nd mortgages, whether a physical office in the state is required, whether loan officers need to be licensed and have other unique differences. States also differ on how much continuing education is required, if any.

We work with established mortgage companies as well as start-up companies requiring initial business formation and guidance. We will also provide individual state required and RESPA mortgage broker and/or lender disclosures.
