Please complete the form below so we can begin drafting the package for your upcoming transaction. Once submitted, our office will review the information and typically respond within 24 hours with the completed documents or with any follow-up questions needed to finalize them.

Our role is strictly limited to preparing the lender documents based on the information you provide. We do not represent the borrower, the settlement agent, or any other party involved in the transaction, nor do we act as general counsel for the lender beyond the document-drafting function.

A flat fee of $500 is charged for preparation of the lender document package. This flat fee covers only the drafting and coordination of the documents and does not include title work, closings, negotiations, revisions requested by third parties, or any additional legal services outside the scope of preparing the lender documents.

Submitting this form does not constitute loan approval, and no attorney-client relationship is created with any party other than the requesting lender for this limited-scope service. All loans requested through this portal must qualify as business-purpose, non-owner-occupied transactions under applicable state and federal lending laws.

If your loan includes unique terms, timing constraints, or other circumstances we should be aware of, please note them in the comments section so we can tailor the documents accordingly. Our office will work directly with you—and, if requested, with your closing attorney or settlement agent—to ensure your documents are prepared accurately and efficiently.
